I wouldn’t even give one star if I could, but that’s not an option. We had just used Shultz for an event and had called them after to just go over a couple things. Instead of hearing us out, the person on the phone was extremely rude and argumentative. It made me very upset that someone would handle their company this way. I would not suggest them for any event.

Everyone is super friendly and awesome to be around. Make you feel very confortable. Love the people. Awesome crew.

My kids have been riding Shultz transportation for 4 1/2 years and any issue that came about was always taken care of in a respectful way through the bus driver and school. Very disappointmented that the one time I call Shultz transportion for the bus driver missing our stop customer service was rude and not helpful. Rating is for early morning customer service.
