Brent and Chrissie, Thank you both for the outstanding service that our team received. Both the bus and the driver were above and beyond our expectations! I received nothing but compliments from the coaches and the players regarding the bus and the service. The driver was especially helpful the the coaches with planning the stops. I can't say enough good things about Brent Kelly and Innovative Coaches. They helped us out at the last second with a group in crisis yesterday when they got rerouted to Dulles instead of NY. Driver Chris navigated the drive brilliantly despite difficult road conditions and delivered the group safely to NY. Brent gave us continuous updates via email, including maps of exactly where the group was along the way. Innovative Coaches has definitely earned our companies business for the future and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Brand new luxury coaches for an affordable rate too!

We have used this company for A group trip that we run several years now. They are always reliable! They own their own buses, unlike some other companies. Therefore, The buses are very reliable and well-maintained!

Our cheerleading team has used Innovative Coach for our airport transfers (Harrisburg to/from BWI) for the last 3 years on our way to Nationals in Florida. Always courteous, professional, safe, and accommodating. Last year, a snow storm forecast for our departure day forced a last-minute change to a departure the previous night to avoid the mess, and they accommodated us no problem. Great company, great peeps - our go to team travel solution.
