Motor Transportation Co

My first choice would be no stars. Canceled the bus less then 24 hours before departure. My canceled $35.00 ticket on UNRELIABLE Motor transportation ended up costing me $92.00 on the reliable Martz Trailways. Could have gone for $30.00 on Martz if I knew how unreliable Motor Trans is. Lesson learned...never again.

I had booked and paid for tickets to New York. My daughter was coming in from Florida and we had tickets to see a show for my 50th Bday. 2 days prior they cancel the bus because they did not feel they had enough people to run it. I ended up having to try and find another way to NY but the only other bus from my area returned too early the show would not even be over. I either had to cancel mu non refundable show tickets and lose that money or pay for a Hotel. I ended up paying $205 for a hotel. money I really did not have to spend. Absolutely horrible. I have since heard from 3 others that they had this happen to them and refuse to book anything with Motorcoach anymore. Disgraceful business practice.
