Eastern Oregon Net, Inc (EONI)

Some of the worst internet I have ever experienced, constantly down and it's slow even when it is connected. I do not recommend in the slightest.

Gee, it's hard to write a review of this company that doesn't run the risk of receiving a libel lawsuit, so I'll keep it simple: if you choose EONI, you can expect low speeds at high prices and frequent loss of service. If you are looking for internet in this area, Spectrum's cable internet is a good choice. 2 stars.

Our personal speed is subject to wild swings and degradation for little to no reason, and technical support gives completely different answers as to why depending on who I'm speaking with at the time. However, when support actually identifies an issue they can tackle, they take every possible step to solve the problem. All interactions, both over the phone and face-to-face on every level, have been extremely positive and cordial.

I Absolutely do not recommend EONI for internet service. Their internet service is horrible. The speed is awful! You cannot have more than one or two devices connected which includes the TV, so if you use Amazon or Netflix forget it!! It constantly buffers and we always had to shut all devices off to watch anything. Plus there is one lady that is completely rude! And we just got hooked up with another company today and what a difference. Our TV is HD and for the last year and a half we have never had the HD work until today with the new company. And I also found out today that if they think you have too many devices connected or that you are streaming too much data, they cut down your speed even more. One last thing, is they tell you the weather doesn’t affect the service, well it does so please take that into consideration as well. I will never use them ever and I will tell as many people as I can.

I have had a horrible experience with E.O.N.I. First off they are way over priced and they totally SPY on you. They cancelled my service for downloading legal torrents than harassed us for equipment that we returned and threatened to turn us in to collections. I wish I could give them minus stars.
