PEAK has been going in and out consistently for the past year. It’s been about a year of me or someone else in the household calling at least ONCE A MONTH because the internet goes out. At one point, we didn’t have internet for a week for no other reason than the “tower went out.” If the tower consistently goes out then maybe it should be fixed.
Additionally, the internet for the past couple days has been extremely spotty and it makes it difficult to finish projects for my midterms, which are all online.

I have been having problems with my connection for well over a year. I have told the service department many times. I would go with another company if I had any other options. The people however are very nice.

Been dealing with an extremely unreliable connections from peak for years. Have called on multiple occasions having a technician come out to take a look, none of which actually fixed the problem.
One second the connection will be fine then BAM, it takes a minute to load google.

I'd give zero stars if I could, Peak is awful in customer service. The place where I work was having a computer problem so we called them to see if they might know why, a tech came out, maybe for 10 minutes, listened to what I told him, did 0 research while he was there apart from what I told him and said he would go back to the office to ask people who might know excel better and would call back in a few days, never called back and when called to check in they never answered. If you can find someone else to help with computer problems.

Excellent tech support and customer service, friendly staff, great internet service.
