Xfinity Store by Comcast

I was assured they had an equipment drop off box but alas they don't so you have to wait in line to no longer have to pay to rent their stupid equipment.

Just went in today w/o an appointment and was greeted promptly and got a slip to be put in line. After only about 5 minutes I was helped by a friendly gentleman named Jonathan who retrieved the cable box I was after and was extremely engaging while talking to me about Xfinity's current 4K offerings. Excellent experience overall!

The staff was nice enough, but Xfinity is a joke. They advertised a price online, but when i went in to inquire about the taxes and hidden fees (because i assumed there would be some) i was shocked! TWICE the advertised price! What a bunch of robbers. Sadly they are the only company my apartment complex is contracted with, so looks like we are going to have to do without.

My phone was replaced under warrantee. They were fast and very competent in my replacement. I was very impressed. Better service, better rates and better phones than I had with verizion.

I don't know whether this office is good or bad, but my experience with the service and company has been terrible. They've overcharged me; wasted hours of my time on instant chat and running around, charged me $10 in fees and "taxes" on a FREE month of basic service, and now I have to go the office again just to cancel the free month of service that I haven't even connected yet (and signed up for only 3 days ago). In my experience, Comcast/XFinity is a rip-off. I'm going to report them to the Oregon comtroller's office for the fees and taxes they've charged me on what they said was a free month of service.
