Can't write a review without hitting a star if I could there would be no star. Absolutely a waist of time and money. You can get internet from eot for like 50.00 get mostly 3 meg or you can pay the same with many other providers and get 100 + megs you decide.

There IT department is completely inept...when you call for help they cannot fix anything and blame it on you. Then have to submit it to someone else because they don't have any idea what's wrong. What happened to customer service?

They Are Horrible At Customer Service. I Do Not Recommend This To No One, Been A 2 Year Customer. Contract Is Up And Time To Switch, Never Again!

They tell you it's running well while your on the phone with them and they were right after I got a call back it was running better at that time. Now it's the next night and I will be surprised if this will even post it's so slow. EOT is not worth the money and the headache to get quality service.
