Ecola Seafoods Restaurant & Market

It was pretty good. We tried the clam chowder (good), the halibut fish & chips (okay) and the grilled salmon fish tacos (okay). The salmon itself was very tasty, but the taco and salsa lacked flavor and there should have been a couple extra corn tortillas for that amount of filling. The fish and chips were okay but maybe the oil wasn't hot enough yet because they weren't as crisp as they should be. Service was good and the place was nicely kept and clean. Overall, I give it a B.

Best Halibut fish and chips ever! Friendly, casual fish market and restaurant with wonderful fresh and smoked fish. Order at the counter and eat inside or out. A no- fuss place where the counter person may very well be married to the fisherman who caught the fish you're being served.

Delicious but pricey. I also make my own homemade New England Clam Chowder... I wouldn't dream of charging $5 for one cup. On the flip side, the smoked salmon jerky was to die for!!!! Staff seems a little mixed up about who to serve next. Overall experience...YUM!

The restaurant has great seafood and fast service. The halibut fish and chips was delicious. The fish is so fresh. This is truly one of the best seafood places I have ever visited.

This Texan doesn't get seafood often, especially not good seafood, so this was a VERY special treat. We got a jumbo prawn basket, fish and chips with cod, and a cup of clam chowder. WOW. So delicious. The vibe of the place was great as well, being both restaurant and a market. I thought that was cool. Great food, great service. I'll be back next time I visit!
