Ordered a birthday gift for same day delivery. Never delivered. After multiple calls I was able to reach the store the next day. Their excuse was the driver could not find our address (we live near Warren Theatre, not an isolated area). Rep had no justification for why they never called me to keep me updated or even ask for help in reaching the delivery address. This is the 2nd incident I’ve had from this store. Rep gave me a full refund and hung up. We’ll see if I actually get my money without multiple calls again. **Try a different location or just make it yourself. Don’t waste your time with this store**

The customer service is the worst. They try to deliver it at random times in the day and you have no idea when it will be then they call you and leave you rude voicemails sounding frustrated that they can't reach you for delivery. Then I give them the work address instead of home address of where I want it delivered since the first one failed and they don't deliver it once again and they keep calling the recipient trying to get a home address to deliver to. Why is it so hard? They do not try to work with you, they don't care about making the customer happy and getting it delivered on the day you wanted. I do not feel that I got value for my dollar at all! I do not want to order from this company ever again. So much for doing something nice for my mother

Well I visited the national page where they boasted about same day delivery. I had a spontaneous thought of brightening someones day. So I ordered a fruit basket covered in chocolate to be delivered and added the hand delivery option. So far so good. Once the order was placed i reviewed the terms and conditions of delivery and noted that a specific time could not be guaranteed. I then contacted the store to make sure it would make it in time for this to be a meaningful experience. The store on south western on Oklahoma city told me that my order was placed, received and was just about to go out for delivery. This was at noon, I needed it to be delivered by 3pm. Once I had spoken to the store I felt that all was going to be good because the store is about 6 blocks from the delivery location. Moving ahead to that afternoon, I was monitoring the situation and when it got to be about 245 and it had not arrived I contacted the store again. This time she explained that because it was so close to the store they decided to deliver it last. uh oh! What is worse is that I asked for a return and to then cancel the order and a bad attitude showed up from the OWNER!!!! what!?!? I was almost criticized for ordering same day and made to feel that my expectation were unrealistic etc. I felt I had put in a good amount of effort to make sure this all went as planned but no. My refund was denied. I will not rust them again with these type of events and I am sharing this so folks know what to expect. I also posted on their facebook page and they deleted it. This owner and this store specifically have a disconnect with customer service.

My husband ordered me an arrangement to be delivered Valentine's Day and even paid extra for the delivery. He called me about 3:30 and asked if I had received it since I get off at 4:30. He called them at 3:30 after we spoke and they told him if it wasn't delivered before I got off that I would have to go pick it up. However, they never even offered to refund the delivery fee and he got the impression that they had no intention on calling him to let him know that it wasn't delivered and that I needed to go pick it up. Needless to say, he called them and told them he wanted a refund. We'll see if he actually gets his money back.
