You can't call days in advance because they say regulars might want to leave Ruth at 10 am and 3pm, and they take priority even if they didn't schedule first. You'll call the day of and they'll say they're actually leaving at 1:30. They'll only go to Ruth 2 times a day because 8 miles is too far away. Completely unreliable with no alternatives.
