I came for the first time and the service I received was okay, since the person who gave the service was nice, but the work is pathetic. The student is not ready yet to take the clients, first she has try on her classmates then take clients. She didnt know about the steps in pedicure, and the nail polish was all so smudgy, I felt as if a 10 year old is applying nail polish on you. At one point I had to tell her how to cut the nails. She didn't know how to use the filer. The teachers didn't once visit to see how is she doing her job on the first client. She took 1 1/2 hr to clean my feet. And on that they had no supplies for the work, no rubber slippers, no cleaning agent to clean up the dead skin on your feet. Over all not worth visiting for big work on your face. After all you get what you pay.

Was very excited to go and get my hair cut. I arrive and fill out necessary paperwork and then proceed to sit and wait to be helped for 20 minutes. During this time majority of the staff is congregating at the front desk being excessively loud talking about their lunch break. Then I hear one of the students say to the other student let me wash this head and get this over with so I can go on lunch. At this time I decide to leave because I am not going to let someone cut my hair when they are more worried about lunch. I understand everyone needs a lunch break but just wish I would have been told to come back later or a different day since that was priority over earning more learning experience. I advise anyone to go to a regular hair salon and pay the extra ten dollars for a haircut.

I've been going to Empire School for service since March of this year. I'm very satisfied with the student stylists,prices and friendly atmosphere. I resently visited their Cheltenham location which is much nicer, but not quality wise I'm sticking with the NE.

I am a prospective beauty student, when I went there I felt like I was talking to a car salesman. They also lied to me about what they offer and other schools don't.
