Ulta Beauty

Overall I like this Ulta. When they first opened years and years ago I wasn't impressed. I felt like the workers were snobby and disinterested in anyone but themselves so the place has come a long way. Now I'm at Ulta like every week. Basically just trying to keep my platinum status. I do feel like sometimes I'm being followed by the same woman like all of the time, but she doesn't bother me too much. Recently I've been obsessed with my eyebrows like everyone else and have been getting them professionally done by the brow bar. So far so good. My only gripe is that lately whenever I go in to get my brows done there is no one at the brow bar. Doesn't matter when I go there either. I literally feel like I'm stalking the bar hoping someone will be there. This last time I was told that they were training people. Kind of disappointing. I could have made an appointment at the salon, but I have a 1 year old and couldn't fathom bringing him back to the store twice in one day. Oh well. Maybe one of these days there will be someone there. Overall though the store seems to always be clean and the staff knowledgeable. UPDATE: Finally got my brows waxed and tinted and I am in love! The person working the brow bar knew exactly what to do with my annoying brows. I was so happy that I went home that day and came back in the evening for an overdue haircut. Rebecca in the salon helped me out with annoying hair regrowth and listened to everything I wanted. This is the second time I've had my hair done in the salon and I have yet to be disappointed. Might have to come back and get my hair colored. :)

I was helped by Erik today! He did a fantastic job! He was very patient and spent the time with me to find the PERFECT foundation and lip stick! He matched my skin tone and skin type! I am very happy with my experience today! Thanks Erik!

I always have knowledgeable and pleasant people assisting me. Today, I decided to discard older brushes and makeup. New products that are 25% off today only and my 20% coupon lessened the cost of my purchases. The best was having Paige and Erin show me how to use products for cleansing, repairing and applying new makeup. Thank you ladies.
