Don't take anything you actually care about here. I took a brand new pair of shoes to have protective soles put on and when I got them back they were bent out of shape, dis colored, and there were glue marks on the suede. All they did was throw in a suede brush and send me away.

I had brought two pairs to get re - soled. One ok but the other HORRIFIC. I really do feel the men that work are doing a great job however the correct information was not relayed to them from the top guy. The heel on one pair of my shoes were wood and lucite. They totally didn't see the clear gray plastic and tried to buff it. Messed it up. Then put a lacquer on it. What the...!? It didn't need anything but they tried to cover up the mistake. Not to mention because they didn't notice the lucite they tried to drill a hole and cracked the inside. Completely denying it happened even tried to cover it with black magic marker! No good, he tries to rush you in and out and says "Ok my love." I told him don't speak me like that and please don't BS me. Find some place else.
