Don't go here unless you enjoy giving someone money to yell, be disrespectful, condescending, or even make fun of you.  If you have a nice item, take it to Shoe Service.  If you need a basic cleaning of fix, go to literally any other UES shoe repair shop, where hopefully the owners can control their emotions and be professional. See the yelp page.
