QUICK SERVICE. GOOD SHOE SHINE FOR A GREAT PRICE. We visited this place to have my friend’s boots fixed, since they hold a lot of sentimental value (they’re a gift from his father) and this is the only place in the United States where they can fix them, according to the manufacturer. The place is MANAGED BY THE OWNERS. The grandson of the founder helped my friend initially, who then brought his father (Son of the founder) to elaborate more on this request to fix his precious boots. While all this was taking place, I noticed that there are a few seats for shoe shining and since New York is New York and I hadn’t treated my shoes properly in a long time, I decided that it was time for a SHOE SHINE ($5 USD). The gentleman was quick and the work was great. When paying, the cashier asks if a tip should be added and I agreed. The tip was charged to my credit card but she gave me that same amount in cash so I could give it to the man who shined my shoes. THIS IS what makes this place AWESOME: HONESTY. A few minutes later my friend comes out with his shoes shined as well and he tells me that they fixed the boots AT NO COST! The least he could do is also get a shoe shine. Again, this business will be here for a long time because it relies on basic values that make the world go around and that we all can recognize and use in our lives.

The service and repair were both exceptional. I live in Indiana and mailed in my favorite pair of Louis Vuitton drivers. The soles on these shoes were worn out. They did a great job with a rubber overlay I couldn't be more pleased. Special thanks to Evelyn on service and communication!

If I could give this place a million stars I would! I took my Chanel sneakers there for repair after Bleach spilled on them. I was floored when I went to retrieve them because they look brand new. I’m grateful for this place! They have a customer for life

High quality repairs and expert guidance set these guys apart. They saved some expensive sandals for me, then replaced the soles on a pair of dress shoes, advising me how not to overspend and still get good results. Quick, pleasant, helpful and fair.
