PLEASE AVOID!!! I took my leather Gucci Wallet to be cleaned as I had accidentally spilled Indian on the back side of the wallet. The wallet was black and in very good condition therefore not physically or visibly damaged, but was leftover with an Indian smell. Long story short my wallet was DESTROYED after having leaving it here. The leather was shined, even though it was a matte wallet, crushed and deformed and due to "miscommunication" between the owner and his worker the Gucci logo on the wallet was basically removed. My wallet was not handled with care, as you can see in the photo's it was terribly misshaped and shined like a shoe. After a painful three weeks of going back and forth with the owner and his wife, I received a check for half of what my wallet was worth and was not allowed to keep it. The wallet was a gift and carried emotional value but they refused to let me keep it. I would not recommend this place for the lack of care they gave my wallet, the end destruction of my wallet, and the headache of three weeks and continuous follow up that I had to finally be compensated for only half of what it was worth and lastly due to their unkindness of not letting me keep my wallet even when it was damaged.

They do a good job at a good price on the things that any shoe repair shop in that category should be able to do. 100% recommend them for replacing soles, putting on new heels, repairing heels, stretching and rolling, etc. As for more complicated repairs, I've taken in a couple and had disappointing results. Passable, but this is where the 3-star reviews separate from 5-star reviews.

I wish I could give then no stars at all!!! They are the worst and the owner is the worst of them all!!! He is currently holding my shoes hostage. He called my shoes Plastic and he couldn't do a better job with them meanwhile there are glue marks all over the shoes and very poor craftsmanship! I was not about to pay over $100 for a poor job. Faux leather shoes or not I am a paying customer and should be treated as a client and with some respect. When I told him I refuse to pay for the shoes until he fixes then he ripped the shoes out of my hands and put them behind the counter and said " well then you wont be getting your shoes." I said fine I will pay for them, get out of here and never use you again. I handed him my credit card and he replied with " I can only take cash now" ( when there is a visa sticker on his register) He said his machine "suddenly" was down! As I watched the previous customer pay with a credit card and it went through fine! I will be reporting him to the better business bureau but BUYER BEWARE!!! This is an absolutely horrible place, don't take any of your shoes here real leather or not!

I got my shoes repaired by Alex he is the best. Great customer service great addition and very affordable he cares about all his customers If you want your shoes fixed the right way youust come here.
