With all the great reviews, I had high expectations. Definitely was not disappointed. Brought in my favorite shoes to get the soles repaired. They were pretty bad, so for $80 they did a complete sole replacement and cleaned up the leather uppers as well. After I picked them up, I wore them all week on vacation, good as new! They're even more water resistant now too. New shoes would have cost a lot more, assuming I could even find any that fit my giant feet (I searched & couldn't). I've come back again since then for other repairs and also had great service.

The owner re-attached the rubber heel on my dress shoe, same-day on short notice, on a Sunday, for a fair price. I had come in from out of town, having a job interview the following morning, and suddenly ran into my shoe problem. The owner is knowledgeable, a true professional. Selection of shoe care products is also very wide here.

I recently got my shoes repaired and they did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond. Not only in doing a beautiful job but making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their services - I'm sure you will be pleased!
