If I could give them zero stars, I would. The lady is so unpleasant an rude, it’s quite incredible. Gave a try to the place twice. First time, she was too busy on Facebook to attend me, second time, she was fixing her hair and her way to greet me ended up being “what do you want”, rolling her eyes.

Came to get my shoes shined. The lady that shines shoes refused to serve me saying: "we are closed! We are closed!" It was 5:40pm. The door sign says they close at 6pm. When I asked to speak to the owner she finally became very angry and began to pat on the chair for me to sit: "fine, sit sir!" Clearly I wasn't going to sit now that she's yelling at me.

Visited store to ask about a product. Rude man!! Before even attending me, he gave me a look like he's racist. Had sarcasm in his tone. I said thank you and left and when I looked back towards him, noticed he said something & laughed. Extremely unprofessional. I'd give him no star if that was an option!!!

Master craftsmen. I brought in a 13-year old, very “distressed” Chanel bag that the competition, allegedly good with designer leather, wouldn’t touch. They made it look brand new. I am delighted with the results. Thank you.
