Tony Shoe Repair

I brought an older pair of shoes for repair. After checking them out, the man told me it wasn't worth repairing them. He said he could do but it would be about 70-80 dollars so if i didn't have an emotional connection to them to just get rid of them. So while I can't give 5 stars for their work, I can give them 5 stars for their honesty. I will definitely be bringing any shoes i need repaired here just because of it. Great experience.

Needed to replace heel lifts on my stillettos. I was in and out in 10 mins. Fast and efficient service at a fair price point especially for midtown! Definitely added Tony's to my Favorites! Thanks for the no hassle repair.

The last pair of shoes I took here were Louboutins. I made an agreement with the owner that he would resole them up to a certain point and not cover the designer name on the bottom. Of course the designer name got covered and he ignored my wishes and resoled them past the agreed upon point. Furthermore, 2 embellishments were missing from one of the shoes after being in his care. Just a warning to anyone who doesn’t like the work from this place...be prepared for the owner himself to insult you...:::Owner to customer::: “When you get a real job, you would know I would never be careless with your shoes because my name is on the front of the door.” I was so disgusted with that man, I took my botched Louboutins and left.

This place is amazing. I've taken two different pairs of shoes here to be repaired, and both times the results were quick and great quality. The repaired shoes are still holding up looking great many months later. The prices are reasonable, too. Great place! :)

Came in needing new taps on my Louboutin’s done ASAP to make a major award event and I was in and out in 10 min for only $10 !!! Will definitely be back
