I brought a pair of knee-high leather boots in To Rosy's Shoe Repair to see if they could take them in (they had gotten too big in the upper calves after I lost some weight). The woman there told me that they could do the job. I figured they would look a little off afterward, like it would be somewhat clear that they had been taken in. But when I picked them up I was shocked - They looked perfect! You would never be able to tell I had probably an inch of leather removed. I'm so impressed and pleased with their work! I''ll definitely continue to take my shoe/boot repairs to them. One thing to note - they are cash only!

I went to Rosy for emergency service of a broken heel on my boot.  The repair was done immediately, took about ten minutes, and cost $5.  Where else in NY could this happen?
