To consider them a place of work is a complete over exaggeration. Never give them business. They failed to fix my item for 20 days and have so far hung up on my inquiry of its completion four times. I repeat, take your business elsewhere until these guys are out of business.

I have never experienced such laziness than I have at this shoe repair shop. I needed the straps for my purse replaced and the lady told me it was not a problem to fix. I visited on Wednesday August 2nd and the lady told me that the job would be done on Friday August 4th. When I returned that Friday, my bag was still hanging on the wall untouched. Not to mention when I said the purse was mine (and had the ticket to prove it) they assumed that the purse wasn't mine (its an Anne Klein bag). If I could give a -1 or 0 rating I would. If you are fluent in Spanish, they'll help you out.

These guys came to my rescue!! Had BOTH boot soles fall off my boots while i was walking down the street, and within an hour, they super glued them back on for $18 and offered me another pair of shoes to find an emergency pair of slippers to go home in - but there was no need because when I put on my fixed resoled boots They Were as good as New! No problems. Friendly service, Great Prices and Awesome Service. Go to this Establishment cause there aren't much left in the City! Thanks Rodriguez Repair!
