Super professional. I do not know the name of the guy but he is a very honest guy. If he cannot fix something, or if he thinks that something is not doable perfectly he says it right away. And if he does that he can do it, he does a great job. I brought there not only shoes but also bags for repairing the straps. I had a coach bag with a disconnected strap. He fixed it so good that it was no different than the original.

I brought in a pair of black suede boots that needed lifts and to be cleaned up. They did a fabulous job, my boots looked like new!

I had a pair of old boots, handmade, exotic leather, pretty worn, I had just about given up on. I brought them in for soles. He put on full leather soles, heels, all top quality, cleaned them up, I was amazed, they looked fantastic.
