Enfield Inn

It's a pretty good place. Exactly what you would expect for the price. Front desk staff was awesome and polite. My room was clean but there was a cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. I can live with it though so it wasn't an issue for me. When I come back to the area, I will stay again.

A very horrible experience. The staff was very rude, room service is very poor, the plumbing was backed up. When you take a shower by the time you end you're standing in 3 in of water. The room was never vacuum the bathtub was never washed, and they did not change linen on the bed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When service was provided, the only thing they did was change towels in the room no new sheets, no new pillow cases and they did not wipe down the countertops. The refrigerator and microwave would never even looked at the service was slow and the facility is almost in Ruins. The staff is very disrespectful, and unprofessional. Parking is horrible you have to park in the back of the building and walk around through thick grass to get to your room if you're in the front. There's trash overflowing in the dumpster with trash all over the ground. The Landscaping look horrible, and the laundry facility is dirty. I had to wait 35 minutes at the front desk before getting someone to service me because there was no one available at the front desk. Room service was only provided once every 3 days.

I had a good experience here. The rooms were clean, it was quiet, and pretty cozy. One of the better hotels I stayed at in this area (and least expensive)!

Wish I could give better because the guy at the desk was very nice..but...was ok with the room till it came to the shower..someone else's hair all over the shower wall, the shower head was discussing, and the towels were dirty..if they fix these discrepancies, this would be a 4 star review..but...

We stayed there from September until November. Amit and his staff were wonderful and they really made it feel like our home away from home for the energy workers that came to that area. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can actually get a good nights rest there. Its 3 miles if that from Walmart and grocery stores and the mall and restaurants in the area are within 10 mins. It also has a coin operated washer and dryer for the guests. If you need something just call the front desk and they will be on top of it. Truly a hidden gem in the area and we were so glad we found it after having an awful stay at one of the larger chain hotels. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
