Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The team at Enterprise on Georgia Ave are fantastic. I rented a car to drive to Minnesota. They were extremely patient in explaining all the charges and didn't try to rush us. When I returned the car at the Minneapolis location, the team here didn't register my car as returned for 5 DAYS. Thankfully, the manager at the Enterprise on Georgia Ave in DC caught it and called me. I would have been charged thousands of dollars (which after moving, I didn't have). I am so grateful for these guys. If I still lived in DC, I would absolutely go here to rent cars in the future.

Customer service was outstanding. The team treated me well. I was running late to return my rental; tried calling to alert them and didn't get an answer. However, when I arrived, all was well. I will DEFINITELY use them again. This location rocks!

The cars in the lot are in not good condition and was charged $500 without even being asked to look for any damages.

The manager Travis is awesome, along with his staff! They truly took care of this mopar girl by going above and beyond making a bad situation (My charger being down due to accident) a bearable one. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. #MoparOrNoCar
