Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've used this Enterprise location several times and figured it was time for me to write a review. I've never had trouble renting a car with Enterprise -- the customer service is always top notch and very friendly. The vehicles have always been very clean and in great shape (both inside and out). The service is VERY efficient -- picking up and dropping off the cars have always been very quick and they are prompt with sending you your contract and receipt information. The agents have never tried to force any unneeded add ons to my bill. I've used this location multiple times and it has remained my first choice when I'm renting a car. There are always thriftier options to choose from (and also more expensive options), but I always know what I am going to get when I rent from this company. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, quick, friendly staff. Without a doubt one of the best and most efficient car rental pick-up/ drop-off's I've ever had to do.

Super nice customer service people. My wife left a pair of eyeglasses in a car that we rented for a day trip. She called the next day and Matthew found the glasses and sent them to us by mail as we had left the city. Over the years we have left various items (gloves, cell phone accessories, etc.) in rental cars. This is the first time we ever got anything back. WOW.

Not easy to find the place. After 7 you have to go to the garage to find their stand. The service is horrible and the car they gave me was all messed up.
