Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were in DC for the first time ... and it was cold !! So on our last day we decided to rent a car to drive around the DC , Virginia, and Maryland area. Maurice helped us with renting a car and upgraded us to a Nissan Maxima .. it was beautiful !! He also gave us some advice on places to see and it was so easy to drop off the rental before heading to the airport !! I accidentally left my wallet in the car and he was able to retrieve it for me even though it was past the closing time !! He saved my whole vacation experience because I wouldn’t have been able to get on my flight the next morning at 6am !! He rocks!! Great customer service !!

booked a reservation and never received the email confirmation. i called back an hour later and they said they didnt have a reservation for me .. lol

Terrible. Enterprise Stranded us and made us late for a wedding. We were staying in a hotel in Washington DC, and rented a car through the Union Station office to drive to a wedding in Baltimore. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel at 9:15 to make an 11:00 pre-wedding event. At about 9:20 we started calling the office, getting a “all reps are busy with other customers” message for 20 minutes. When we called the national number to complain, they said they couldn’t do anything (no apology) but told us we had to speak to the local office. WE WERE TRYING TO!!! Finally, while my husband stayed on the line, I frantically tried to find a car to rent from another rental agency. The agent at the other company was understanding and helpful, and we arrived late for the wedding but luckily did not miss the ceremony. We did have a very anxious and frantic hour though, courtesy of Enterprise. We’ve rented from Enterprise in other locations and never experienced anything like this before. We will certainly not rent from Enterprise again.

Car was stolen and all my ids so I had paper work from DMV and the reservation was made through my insurance... It was hassle free. Unlike another location i called where i explained my dilemma and was given a bunch of nonsensical responses.. Im in crisis i shouldn't have added stresses on top of all the other things i deal with for the car theft. Thank you for simple compassionate service
