Avis Car Rental

I had an excellent experience at the Avis located inside Union Station. It was an easy pick up and delivery. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. I loved the vehicle I rented. Thank you for making a potentially challenging weekend much easier! I definitely recommend this location.

Got lost trying to find this place. When I finally find it, I have to wait and I’m not told why I’m waiting. Then find out they don’t have any cars in my category. Trash.

Signed up for the "preferred service" but had to go to the main counter anyway ending up spending more time than a regular customer! Also, this branch does not seem to have the reserved vehicle ready for me.

Showed up right in time after an overnight train trip form Chicago, there were 4 employees cramped in the little Avis cubicle, bummer for them. A employee promptly helped in getting me checked in and was headed to the garage to pick up my car in no time. I usually use Enterprise but Avis had the best one way route price so I went with them. Good experience.

Everything is fine, but you guys need to, to return or rent, it's inside the parking if the union station, took me a while to find it
