Rented a compact, but they were out of stock.  Ended up paying a lot more that I anticipated for a more expensive rental.

The most unpleasant experience I've had with any National Car rental. One of the employees George Younan convinced me to never go back to them for a car and will also make sure anyone I know doesn't go there either. 
He threw my friends phone, started shouting at them, rudely screamed at her family to get out of the car and threatened to call the cops, didn't realize they were trained to do this. 
He also kept asking for a second resident proof even though she had a valid Indiana state driving license (I personally have never been asked to show a resident proof once in the one year and 14 rentals since I have arrived in the USA).

The reason I'm posting this is cause I tried to speak with the man over the phone and reason with him but, he just didn't want to listen. There's a way of treating your customers and this is definitely not the way.

Not sure if this place is closed or changed their phone numbers, have tried calling multiple times with no success to reach anyone.
