Hertz

Service has deteriorated markedly over the years. Three times in a row I’ve arrived to long lines, no personnel, and after waiting - no cars despite a reservation. They told me I could wait two hours to “maybe” get my car or go to DCA. I left. This place doesn’t understand the word “reservation.” Don’t waste your time with Hertz. Go somewhere that cares about you.

Only do this location if you are a platinum member. Often times when I use this location there are lots of people waiting (looking frustrated) and minimal staff. Even with my membership status I have had to wait more than I should...

The service here is non-existent. Renting a car here is an absolutely awful way to start off a trip.

With everything going on with the hurricane we booked a rental car when we got there to pick it up he was able to give us a better price how amazing was that really restores all Hope and Faith and people Vickey renz Florida

We had a reservation booked on Expedia and there was nobody at the counter at the time of the reservation. After waiting an hour and a half and making three calls to Hertz corporate (who was not helpful), we gave up and left. Completely unprofessional.
