My second time renting from Rosslyn, I keep coming back for the great service! I always get the upgrades I need and if there are ever any issues they're very responsive.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jeff the previous Manager was very nice and professional and was my main POC. I had a rental vehicle for approx. 6 weeks and I would check in with Jeff and he would renew my contract and stated it would remain at the same rate. The contract I have is for $162.47 per week. on Saturday some individual identifying himself as Dexter left a threatening VM and also called my daughter and told her, that I, her mother was going to be arrested. He lied and claimed I had not been in touch with the office for weeks which is a flagrant lie, my last communication was Thursday at 4.28pm. Today I went to the office and some other individual by the name of Thor, was smoking his cigarette outside as I arrived, he asked me if I was dropping off a vehicle I said no. He continued to smoke his cigarette and left me inside the store for a few minutes alone, knowing full well no one was there to see to me. In addition, he accused me of stealing a vehicle, he approached me in a threatening and intimidating way to take the key from me, which I was completely in shock about he was backing me up against a wall literally. I told him I was going to call the police that using threats and intimidation is against the law, he's about 6:1 and 250lbs. I am 5ft 6. They have stolen money from me by overcharging my credit card by $750 and refuse to give me back my money. I have proof of my contract which I obtained on January 25, 2018 for a January 26, 2018 pick up. They are still swiping my credit card even up to about an hour ago. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service for help, and NOONE has bothered to call me back even whilst I was being threatened by Thor in the store. I need legal guidance Urgently. I have filed with my bank to dispute the charges. I have been a customer of Enterprise for 2 years and I have never had issues like this in New York. These people are a disgrace and need to lose their employment.

Getting our car here saved us so much money compared to picking it up at the airport. Like $400 difference for a 4 day rental. Enterprise picked us up at our hotel and took us to their office for paperwork. That was good because on the way there I noticed one of the seat belts wasn't working. We needed all the belts to work so they gave us another car. When we tried to return it a few days later the street was closed, I went into the office and my husband waited with the car. There was quite a line. When the Enterprise driver who picked us up saw me at the back he remembered me, realized I was there for a return, and pulled me out of the line to help. He walked a block to the car with me and took care of the return. Not their fault that the street was closed, but excellent service in the face of challenging circumstances. It was six weeks later though before the promised email receipt arrived. That was a bit weird.
