Avis Car Rental

Honestly, this is the best non-airport located Avis I’ve ever dealt with. Usually, the level of service you get at those branches is much lower than what you get at airports, but I dealt with three different people at this place and they were all friendly and very helpful. If I can rate their manager Lolita, I would give them not 5 but 10 stars. This lady is knowledgeable, professional, and she always goes the extra mile to help you and make sure you are well served. She is a gem!

4 stars to me based off of the EXCELLENT customer service received by the clerk Kanasia at this location, who helped not only myself but a few other upset customers. Before she helped me, she helped a few other customers ahead whom were all pretty upset about mileage or whatever was going on. These incidents were not her fault at all however she was curtesy, respectful, knowledgeable, empathetic, to each person including myself. All who walked in upset at the beginning left with smiles and thanked her for her help. We all thanked her and she apologized for previous inconveniences. Now I’ve been to a lot of rental cars placed but by far she provided THE BEST level of customer services under the circumstances given. Thanks again Kanasia

The only mid size car they had to rent was dinged and smelled like smoke. I looked at a smaller one and it seemed fine but they spray something that masks the smoke until you get out on the road. So a half hour later I realized that I am stuck with a smelly car for the duration of my trip. Left my fleece in it one afternoon and by the time I remembered it was too late and it smelled like smoke too. Please remember when looking at five star reviews on Google and Yelp that those are bought and paid for as a service. Most times when you seem to see a "fight" between one and five star reviews... that's what is going on.

Solid Car Rental. Rented here about 8 times so far and was always treated kindly. I also always got a car model that I requested or even better. It is important to always check the gas. About half of the times, I had only half or less while on the rental agreement it said full. They obviously changed it, but it's a bit of a hassle filling it to the same amount as before. I don't know if they this on purpose or if they simply don't care. Maybe I should just return it empty and see what happens.

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. I reserved a luxury car rental, but when I arrived the car was not the luxury car I wanted. On top of that the car was filthy inside and out. The gas tank was only 3 quarters full. The manager or owner was not very helpful in resolving this issue. I left very upset. The car I got was a Lincoln MKZ. Nice comfortable car and rode well for a long trip. Sorry but I would not use this rental car location again. You didn't even try to fulfill my request.
