Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This enterprise has the WORST customer service ever! I had a problem with the insurance and while I was talking on the phone with them the lady in the front and some other guy who worked there went to there little back room with the door wide open and I could hear everything they were saying about me. Then she proceeded being rude to me while we tried sorting things out. I've been to many and everyone is so nice and excellent but this one just made me not ever want to come back . I do NOT recommend this enterprise .

Enterprise has mastered the old Seinfeld joke about car rental agencies. They'll take your reservation (and your money!) but not actually keep the reservation. When they fail to live up to their obligation, instead of doing something reasonable like calling a regional manager, they will tell you to try renting from someone else at additional expense. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from someone else. I guess now I know why Enterprise is rated F by the Better Business Bureau.

My personal car needed mechanical work, so I needed a rental. Enterprise (Euclid Ave, Manassas, VA) was fantastic! I called the same day, and they had a vehicle ready for me. They were flexible working with me daily because I wasn’t sure how long I needed the rental for. They even picked me up from my nearby auto-shop and dropped me off at the end. They made a possibly unpleasant situation so much easier. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ve used them before and we will use them again. Thank you!

These people have cornered the market on doing the car rental the best way. They pick you up when the say they will, put you into a great and clean car and answer every question you might have. Their fuel plan for returning the car is a no brainer and saves both time and money. The fuel price last time was 15 cents below the market price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
