Budget Car Rental

I have been renting from this location for the past one month. They have good people and nice cars. Enjoyed the rates too. One thing noted is place have only one person to attend customers most of the time. So expect to have wait times. One of the car I rented had a flat tyre and Budget arranged a towing truck and I received a huge bill of 230$. shocked to see it. Also Budget charges enormous amounts for toll violations too....sometimes 50 times...

This Budget is a local shop in Arlington, VA. I've rented from them several times in the past few years and always have an excellent experience. The staff are regular folks and their service is what you'd hope for - straightforward and friendly. Not much else to say except I'm glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They are impeccably rude and not receptive to any customers' needs or complaints. I was charged for driving under 75 miles when I clearly had a before and after picture of what the odometer was. This place has the worst customer service and ANY service I have ever seen. All the employees seem to have an unfit attitude to be seen by any customer. Its a wonder this car rental place is still open and still liable under the Budget name.

I showed up on a rainy day minutes before closing and the two men who checked me in did not rush me through the process. On the flip side the two women her were on the desk when I returned were very pleasant too. All around great staff...and the car was as expected. Thanks

Somehow , this branch manages to attract the most disrespectful and incompetent staff ! The management is ok and are friendly, but the front desk staff are not only incompetent, but lack the basic decency to even return your call . After they overcharged me for an extra day, even though i returned the car before the deadline ! someone from the lazy incompetent staff did not check the car into the system until 2 hours after the deadline, so I was charged for a whole extra day ! when I tried to talk to them Joslyn either put me on hold endlessly or said I don't know how to reverse it. What do you mean you don't know how to reverse the charge ? ???
