Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not impressed, and slightly horrified! To start with the positives: the gentleman I worked with at the front desk was extremely friendly and Enterprise picked me up from the car repair shop so that I didn't need alternate transportation but everything else was awful. 1) After leaving my small SUV at the repair shop, I was given a tiny, 2WD vehicle. That may not matter to some folks, but being incredibly short and working in emergency services in the dead of winter, I value access to a safe SUV on a daily basis. It snowed the week I had this car and had to borrow a friend's SUV to actually get to work. 2) After getting in the car, I was horrified. It legitimately smelled like pee, the wheel clearly hadn't been wiped because there was dirt/food/something on it. There were no foot area mats and the floor carpet of the drivers side was ripped open. Someone had also clearly been smoking in the car. 3) As I began driving down the road, the brakes made a horrible scratching sound so I took it back to Enterprise to let them know the brakes were bad and I was told there was ice on the brakes. Now, granted, it was an extremely cold day - but I'm sorry, first, I'm not entirely sure I believe that, and second, even if the brakes aren't completely gone, I'm still not sure I want to drive around with ice on them!!! I realize I should have just asked for a different car but being that I was already an hour late for work I didn't. Plus, I should never have had to deal with that situation in the first place.

Online reservation could not have been easier. Enterprise has the best prices in the industry. The guys behind the counter were friendly & helpful, and they picked me up at home within 20 minutes. I love Enterprise.

UBER ENTERPRISE PROGRAM IS A RIP OFF TRUST ME YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET A 9 TO 5 AFTER PAYING THEM AND GAS YOU MAKE LESS THAN 8 DOLLARS A HOUR.....THINK ABOUT IT YOU PAY THESE PEOPLE 1100 A MONTH FOR SOME CHEAP ASS LIL CAR. FOR ALL OF THAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL LEASE A BMW AND UBER WITH THAT AT LEAST YOU WILL LOOK GOOD WHILE GETTING SCREWED .........I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO STARS TRUST ME PEOPLE DONT DO UBER WITH THE PROGRAM THEY WILL SLAVE YOU FOR CHEAP WAGES

I have been renting a car to use for Uber for 2months,they have been wonderful.It's a bit imconvient to go every 28 days to show no damage,I feel another Enterprise could sign off, but I do understand why it is done this way.Marco and Michelle have been great! Thanks so much for being awesome,customer oriented reps.
