Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. While your car is getting serviced, the service department lend you a car and send you to these guys that are new to customer service and lack basic customer care skills specially that lady "girl" who spoke very rude to me on my last pic up this past Saturday. That enterprise rental/loaner deal is defently not the best dealer car service experience I have had.

Great team. They were out of the type car I requested so they gave me a Mercedes instead. It was a great highway car. I had to drive almost 800 miles round trip this past weekend. I am currently between cars and need to rent a car for a few days each month. I have found that Enterprise is overall the best and most competitive priced. All the employees have always been top notch and very professional. The only thing negative I can say about the Enterprise where I currently go - they seem under staffed. Overall I highly recommend Enterprise. Thanks. Julia

I rent on a regular basis from this location of Enterprise and can confidently say that their customer service and vehicle selection is hands-down the best in the area. Compared to their local competitors (Budget, Avis), they are in a different league. Every time I arrive at Enterprise, they have me out the door with keys in hand in no less than 10 minutes. Often I'll get a complimentary upgrade. Their cars are new, clean, and often already loaded with a full tank of gas. I'll definitely be using them over their competitors any day. Thanks, Enterprise!!

I didn’t like how they did not have a car selection for my car group. I was forced to take a 2 door Hyundai because “that’s all they had”. I was uncomfortable in the car because it was so small. It seemed like it was an “economy” car. I was not satisfied. The car was good on gas though, which was a plus.
