Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise worked well with me after I placed my car in the auto body shop for repair. They picked me up and dropped me off when the car was ready for delivery. I left a parking garage FOB inside the vehicle when I returned it. I did not realize until the next day. I called Jay and he quickly noted that one of the attendants noticed the FOB in the visor case above the rearview mirror. I was shocked that someone had the attention to detail to notice this item and and recovered it. When I was returned to Enterprise to retrieve the object, Jay had it ready for me to pickup in no time. Thanks Jay for superb customer service and working with my insurer to take care of this rental!

I gave 1 star because I cannot write a review with out a star. This branch deserves negative star rating. This branch has the horrible customer service ever I had experienced in my life. I rented with enterprise more than 200 Days since 2 years and never had a problem. They don't know how to deal with customers and make them keep waiting for nothing.

This location deserves NO STARS. I spoke to Olivia and another girl that works there and they were both rude. Olivia lied about calling my mother and my self and we did not receive anything in the mail like she claimed. I had trouble with my adjuster and the body shop, so I had no idea my car was ready. I had no idea Enterprise has access to the information at the body shop on whether or not my car was ready. DO YOU THINK THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR WAS READY? Nope. Instead, they allowed me to keep the car and put myself in debt with them. My adjuster and Olivia tmy mother and I that my balance was only $300 but then turned around and said I owed $1000. Wouldn’t let me make payments to them. They wanted it all in one payment. So Olivia took the money off my mothers card without my mother knowing, so now my mother has to figure out a way to get her epilepsy medication because Olivia wiped her account out. Not knowing what a person is going through with their insurance company or their adjuster, and all the information enterprise has access to, you’d think enterprise would make courtesy calls to their customers to make sure they remained in good standings with the company, instead creating debt. Especially since this accident was my very first accident and I had no idea how to go about doing anything I needed to do.

Only issue was vehicle was not vacuumed properly and exterior could have benefited from a wash. Staff at office were professional. Definitely better than other offices in terms of service, professionalism and pick time. Would go there again.

I was very happy with pickup and drop off at Lindsay Cadillac. The driver was very pleasant and the office was very accommodating.
