This location is the best!!! The whole staff is amazing!! They always greet me with a smile and always give the best customer service. They pick me up and drop me off with no hesitation. The drivers that pick me up are always kind and ask about my day. Along with them being such a great team, the Greensboro location is the only place I’ll go to. I know they treat everyone with the best service as I have witnessed it.

Needed a car while mine was in the shop.  Enterprise provided a great car and made it really easy to get.  They dropped the car off at the repair facility and I did the same once I came back to pick up my own car.

Picked up rental car from auto body shop. Very easy transaction with pleasant and professional representative. Got the vehicle I reserved. Drop off was also at the body shop and equally easy.

I've used this office several times.  I need to start timing them.  I reserve my cars online, which speeds things up.  I think they have gotten me out the door within five minutes before.  They are always fast, friendly, and efficient.  I've never had the smallest complaint about this place.  The prices are even great.  Highly recommended.
