Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was pretty good. Got good mileage. One of the tires was a little low on pressure and the wiper fluid did not work in cold weather..

The car was dirty, windshield knickers, and the body of the car had scratches and dents. The prior car had a burning smell only reason I exchange but wish I would have kept the original rental. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Thie is such a convenient location. Located just outside of old town and Reagan international. It has easy access to 495 - 95 - route 1. I have to say the staff was extremely professional and helpful. At many locations they seem to be pushy and trying to get an up charge. I plan to use this location whenever possible.

Was really handy when I was doing car-based travel and needed a car for the business week.

My friend and I both rented vans for a Ragnar Relay race, however I was charged for three days since I returned it after hours (which 6pm is way early for a rental car location to close on a weekday, and noon on a Saturday - that's a whole other issue) whereas my friend was charged for two. When I called to correct my rental, they mentioned that it was an employee error that the my friend was charged for only two and they would not change my rental price. I rented on Thursday evening and returned on Saturday evening. I count two days. The manager was of no help at all, and I will never rent from Enterprise again. I will encourage my family and friends to never rent from Enterprise either. They claim to treat employees fair, however that was not the case here. I will also be writing to Enterprise corporate in this situation too. (Btw, the difference was approximately $100. That is why this is a big deal.)
