They dropped the ball really bad. I put a reservation 30 days prior to my departure. When picking up my rental they did not have one available. They said a week before I was to pick up my Suburban which I had reservation on thar it would be there. Not so they lied and had nothing in stock. They tried to give me this dirty nasty van which I refused to take. Never again will I do business with them again. They really put me in a bind. Look how dirty those sets were all of them looked like that discussin.
Re. Customer Service: There were no lines. The attendant, James, took very good care of me -- both when picking up the vehicle as well as when returning it. He was very friendly and helpful, making the pick-up and drop-off very easy, straightforward and quick. Re. Vehicle: The crossover SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 was in excellent condition and very clean.
Everyone was so accommodating. James and Tylor worked so fast to get me into ap car after my wreck. I'm so appreciative of them and the whole team.
Upon returning the rental vehicle, female staff asked if there were any guns in the vehicle and if we removed them. I feel like I was profiled because I have tattoos visible on my arms, neck and face. That was uncalled for and unprofessional.
Really the staff did a good job making up for whatever their dumb computer system was doing. Very professional and kind. Had an overall good rental experience.
Horrible experience will never rent from enterprise again.The manager needs peoples skills on how to deal with the public.I will tell all my family and friends about this place never again will I be humiliated like this again.Be very careful who you mess with it might come back to haunt you.
Odd location, but great service. Both at pick-up and drop-off a service rep walked the car with me and did all of the paperwork. They explained the 24-hour billing process to me, which allowed me to adjust my drop-off time and save a day's worth of billing.
Came to pick up car reserved, and they gave it away. Will never rent from them again, also lady was rude. Couldn't do anything to help us get a vehicle. Terrible experience. Ruined out little weekend vacation.
Poor service! I notified them at lease 3 weeks before I was needing a special vehicle. They told me they would have one available by the time I needed it. I called 3 days before the pickup date and was told they had my requested vehicle on the lot and made me an appointment to pick it up. When I arrived on my appointment date, having already committed my personal vehicle to the shop for repairs; they didn't have my requested vehicle.
Be VERY careful about taking your business here! I have used many car rental companies and I have never been treated so badly as I was here. Everything was fine until turn in. They claimed I damaged the vehicle that I didn't do and to be honest, that u can barely see. The had three people come look at it because u could barely tell it was there. Told me they were going to keep the $50 deposite and pressured me multiple times into paying upfront right then my $500 deductible without even filing a claim or determining damage costs or going through my insurance first. I will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know knows how sketchy this business is.
