Erim Eye Care

After reading the reviews I was very skeptical about using this eye doctor. I am so glad I did!!!! Dr. Dominic was very nice and professional. He provided quick service with a smile. Thank you Erim Eye Care for giving my children their vision back!!

A pleasant experience. The doctor is very experienced and knows what he is doing. He attended to me in a professional manner, and i was just thankful to have a solution to my issue. I would encourage anyone with vision issues to give this place a try, and form their own conclusions.

The receptionist is BEYOND rude and nasty with no care to give you customer service at all. She said my glasses weren't there , due to me complaining on her , then called 30 minutes later to say they are there. Just to be nasty. I don't need to go back and forth with someone like that so I called Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time , good energy and especially money coming here !! Not worth it !!

Went for an appointment and there was quite a crowd ahead of me, even that early in the morning. I was told the doctor would see me soon, and indeed, I was able to get everything sorted out in no time. One of the clients who had come to see the doctor was quite unruly, and I was impressed with how calmly the staff handled her, despite her tantrum.

Satisfied Customer The doctor is very kind and professional. He is good at what he does, and i would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of vision-related services.
