**Update** After posting my below review, Eye Central called and renewed my faith in their customer service. The same day, my glasses were available for pickup and they removed the charge. I am glad that they remedied the issue and made sure I could get them before my vacation. Terrible experience buying glasses. When I ordered my glasses, the salesman automatically added in a $200 charge for getting thinner lenses. We had a long conversation about how I did NOT want that feature. The glasses took a week longer to come in (they could not give an explanation for the delay-- I suspect they forgot to order them). They ended up charging me $200 for the lens thinning and are now remaking them. Because of the first delay and now the need to remake them, I won't have them for a two week trip that I am going on. Buy your glasses somewhere else.

Long story short. I ordered new lenses. I was told that the glasses would be ready in 4 days. I was leaving town in 10 days, so I figured no problem—I handed over my ‘old’ glasses for new lenses. They didn’t get done before I left. I called repeatedly. I was promised return phone calls that never happened. They could have been Fed-Ex’d, but they couldn’t figure out how to do it. The front desk staff just rotated through, and no one ‘owned’ my problem, and no one really seemed to care. It was terribly frustrating. I am damn near blind without glasses, and traveling internationally with just contacts is very very hard. Had they told me it would be 10+ days, I would not have ordered the glasses—and I would not have given them my ‘old’ glasses for new lenses to be inserted. I picked up the glasses upon return. I asked who I could talk to about my complaints, and was simply sent an email with this survey. Seems apropos, as it is clear that no one is really in charge, and no one really cares about helping with problems. I would have preferred to talk to someone--instead I am left with no option but to post publically, just because they don't care. I made a mistake by believing what they told me. Be forewarned. Oh ya--Dr. Martin is great. I have nothing but good things to say about her--except that she hangs out with unhelpful people.

Staff and doctor are very friendly. I was able to easily make an appointment and had no wait time.

Solid optometrist, but the admin staff were atrocious. Had to get new lenses for an old frame squared away within 2 weeks, prior to setting off to Colorado for work. Chased them up after a week, 2 days prior then 1 day prior to step off. Promised after each interaction that they'd be in the next day (even after a week). Finally get a call as I'm 2 days into travelling over there that they have arrived. Get in-laws to pick them up and give them to us just prior to Christmas, only to find that the staff have stuffed them into the container with the old lenses, scratching the new ones. TLDR; Find somewhere else.
