Poor service from start to finish. The staff had little time or advice for me in selecting lenses and frames. When the glasses arrived, I could not see through them well. Specifically, the right lens distorts my vision when I looking slight to the right. The staff provided limited adjustments and then said there was nothing they could do. They refused to set up an appointment with the doctor to further discuss the lens problem.

this place discrimates against ppl insurances. called to make an appt using amerigroup the lady on the phone said they dont have no appts until next year. i called back and gave them a different insurance co name and they had an appt the following week will be making a complaint immediately. also they dont take more than 2 ppl at a time from the same household for their appointments. so if you have 3 ppl that need to see the doctor you have to make 2 different appts. the worst experience ever....

The staff was friendly and courtesy. The wait to see the doctor was too long for a 7 year old because they only have one doctor on duty. This is a busy location so if you plan on making an appointment don't be in a rush for time. We got the eye glasses back before the time estimated.

Service was great. Staff was friendly and my glasses came back earlier then expected. Just in time for the holidays

I am very disappointed with the service I received this time. I have been getting my glasses from Freeds Optical for 15 years. This year I am very much displeased with the service I received. It was March when I got my eyes examined. Got my glasses back in 3 weeks. They where the wrong prescriptions in both eye's. I had to take them back and wait 3 more week's just to find out that they had no tent in them. Mind you I never ever got glasses from them with out tent. Know they tell me that Medicare did not pay for my tent. Which they never did. I always paid out of pocket. This time I didn't because I was told by the doctor that medicade Will allow me to get tent with out coming out of pocket. So when my glasses did finally came back I had no tent and they needed to be adjusted. Well of couse I took them back and ask them to put the tent in and adjusted them. The Doc was to bussy to talk. So I ask if she could call me. Well the students that she has working for her called and relayed a message to me, that she was nice enough to give me tent 1st time..Not the glasses had No tent and had the wrong prescriptions in them. Now she want me to Pay $20 dollars for tent that I found out medicade has already approved. Not only that mine you I already have gave $158 to not have the line in the middle of the glasses because I wear bifocals. Please tell me if you would be disappointed in this kind of service. I started this process in March here it is August and I'm still trying to get my glasses that been fully payed for.
