This place isn't bad. If you're going for life insurance purposes it's a 30 minute process, blood draw, urine sample, and health questions, this is not brain surgery. Also, the lady I was working with was pleasant, it was a quick process and I was out.

I was referred here by my insurance. Not worth it. They called me multiple times to set up a blood draw, but always at a time I could not answer my phone, because I work long shifts. When I tried to return their call, their phone didn't ring. It only made a brr, brr, brr, click. No ringing on the other end, no voicemail, no busy tone, no recorded menu options, it just automatically hung up within two seconds of trying the phone call. It didn't matter if I called early morning, evening, on my lunch break, it was always the same result. I checked on Google to see if I had the right number; still the same result. I ended up going back to my doctor and just having the blood draw in person.

As other reviewers have stated, the scheduler Eve is a piece of work. Speaks over you. Talks in a totally condescending manner. Makes you feel like you’re in the wrong. I don’t need her drama in trying to schedule an appt. Was referred by insurance co for exam and will be going somewhere else to handle this based on the representation of this individual.

Returned a call to schedule an appointment and the agent sounded really frustrated and sad. I hope everything is ok and I wish her the best.

They decided to stop doing drugs tests 12pm for the day, I drove out here for no reason. Their automated phone message didn't mention it either. Make sure you speak to a live person before wasting your time like I did.

Clean place , super quick. The woman that took care of me was great.

Worst experience two different times.
