Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

A cherished piece of jewelry over 60 years old was given for repair. They had an experienced jeweler on site who made the repair in 1 hr. Another jeweler in the mall said they would have to send the item to an outside jeweler for repair. I selected Fast-Fix and returned in an hour-it was fixed! A courtesy cleaning of (two) 2 other pieces of jewelry was graciously offered and accepted. Staff was skilled, professional and kind.

I brought my Rolex Ouster Perpetual Datejust in to be cleaned. Unfortunately during the cleaning a crack that was already in the crystal completely came apart and needed to be replaced. The “crystal “ was plastic and severely scratched . When my Rolex was fixed it was like having a brand new watch!!! Glass crystal, beautiful shine on the gold and scratches on the bracelet buffed out. WONDERFUL JOB !!! REASONABLE PRICE!!! Thank you guys for giving me a better watch than the one I brought in!!

Fast-Fix changed my watch battery for $19.95. Although the cost was more than I initially expected, it only took 20 minutes. I had lunch while I waited. The service was prompt and courteous. I had an opportunity to purchase a warranty plan. Although I turned it down, if the service and turn around time remains excellent the next time I patronize the store, I may re-consider. It would have been a deal if I replace my battery twice within 5 years.

Two out of three of my watches needed band repairs, so I took them to the FastFix shop in the Tyson’s Mall. I have been pleased with their past service and work. As usual, an employee greeted me immediately and assessed the problems. She said that if I needed a quick turnaround, I could pick them up in 90 minutes. That was perfect, since we wanted to have lunch in the mall. As predicted, the watches were ready on time, and the work was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend any FastFix store, but if you shop at the Tyson’s Mall and need watch repair, give them a try.

I went to Fast- Fix to get a battery for my 23 year old Seiko watch. I received courteous and prompt attention and opted for the five year contract which was slightly more expensive, bit worth it, as my batteries always run out on the year. My watch was ready in the time promised (20 minutes) and my repair person was friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
