Dan greeted me warmly in this tidy hole-in-the-wall shop in Clarendon. He took my watch and said he would text (!!) or email me when my watch repair was completed. A few days later, I got an email. Dan greeted me warmly again, and I collected my watch. It was a true "old-world service" experience in the 21st Century. I wish everyone would give this man their business. Bravo!

One of the pins on my watch's band broke, so I walked into Arlington Watch Works that afternoon. The owner took a look at the watch, brought it to the backroom to insert a new pin and redid the band. All within a couple minutes and didn't ask for anything in return! Definitely will be back, great repair shop with some really nice watches on the wall for sale too.

Brought my two watches for battery replacement. Dan did it in under 10 minutes and also pressure chekched the watches, which I've never seen anyone doing before. Great service. Will definitely come again

Replaced two watch batteries while I waited (only 10 min). Great service. Nice to have a local watch shop place close by!
