I purchased a watch from this store’s website two years ago and came by to have the battery replaced. The old woman told me it would take a week to have the work done (seriously?! just to replace a battery!), and I OKed with that. Within 30 min after I left the store and I was on the metro heading back home, the store called me saying my watch is ready for pickup. So I had to go back, when I got to the store, they kept me waiting on, even though one of the sales were not serving anyone but slacking around. I told him that I was misinformed by the old woman and it wasted my time to travel back and forth. No apologies. The guy even said he couldn’t understand my case and the woman had worked there for 14 years and would help me. But she was helping another customer and apparently it would take her a while to get back to me. Then I told him to just give my watch back. He said: you don’t have an receipt how can I help you? He DIDNT even ask for that!! I gave him the receipt, asking only for my watch back. I don’t care whether the battery is replaced or not, I just want to get my watch back and get out this place. He then explained the sales was "not sure how long it would take" when she told me it would take a week!!!!!! Isn't it a basic part of your training that when you are not sure, make sure before telling your customer instead of just giving blind guess?! I was shopping for a high-end watch for my mother’s birthday, considered this store but now forget about it!!! I will get the service commensurate with the money I pay, selling high-end watches by no means makes the sales high-end. indeed, very low-end and essentially discriminatory. The staff deserve unemployment. The store deserve bankruptcy. That’s it.

Getting yanked around and deceived when you are trying to make an extremely important purchase is terrible. Yes, there is a list in numeric order that Tourneau keeps for various watches. It is interesting however, that they will not tell you how far along or low you are on the list. A salesman told us that someone came in and bought three of the same watch, but we didn't "move" up the list. Sounds like they have a good ol' boy club and they do not sell the Rolex brand with Integrity. I have been trying to purchase a very special gift for months now, and they could at least give me a straight forward answer. Stop yanking people around when they are trying to spend their hard earned money. Have some decent customer service, and keep your word.

Purchased a used two tone datejust, I couldn’t be happier. Luckily the warranty was purchased when I got it. I love the watch and I received amazing treatement.

Despite the bad reviews, I stopped by this location to have links added to my watch band. I was worried about scratches (as prior reviewers have mentioned) but the staff were quick and professional and my watch came back looking the same, just with an adjusted band and the time/date set. Also, they did it for free.
