They were able to resize my wedding band in under 30 minutes and it is now a perfect fit! The service was reasonably priced and we received excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!

Don't go here. They tried to price gouge me. I went here to get two watches fixed. One had a number on its face that had come disconnected and the other needed a new pin inserted into the band. This shop quoted me $68 to reattach the number and $15 to replace the pin in the band. I declined and then saw a watch repair kiosk in the mall near the foodcourt (I believe it was called "Watch Out" or something similarly witty), and the gentleman there fixed both of my watches for $20 TOTAL. Go to the kiosk if you need watch service, not "Fast-Fix"!

Needed a new clasp for a watch and one for a religious medal on a chain. Both repaired in about 45 mins. Great service, knew what I needed and did it quickly. Can’t ask for more.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! I took my white gold chain to be fixed. When I put it on a few days later I realized the had given my the wrong chain. My chain was white gold 19inches. What they gave me was a 23” silver kinked chain. I am going to take it back for my original chain. I am very UPSET. I feel like I’ve been robbed! I hope to get a resolution (i.e. my expensive chain). If not I will take the necessary legal measures.
