Lenkersdorfer Fine Jewelers

We initially walked in to Lenkersdorfer in Tysons not knowing exactly what we wanted but we knew that we wanted to purchase a magnificent time piece. When we walked up to the counter and asked for help, some of the associates seemed occupied although they were not dealing with clients. Lucky for us, we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Roger Easton who is one of the best sales consultants I have ever met. As a sales consultant myself for a luxury and exotic European car dealership, I very much appreciated his informative, low-pressure & professional approach to the transaction. He knew the history, the mechanisms and the relevance of every watch in the store and explained with the uttermost attention-to-detail. He never asked for the sale but simply provided the necessary information in a polite matter to make it an easy transaction for us, his clients. Roger is a true professional. We are very content with our Rolex Sky-Dweller and we will always look to Roger for any future Jewelry/Watch purchases.

In 13+ years of shopping with Lenkersdorfer Jewelers, we've always enjoyed exceptional customer service. Dave Williams and his staff always make us feel welcome, while providing the best service, and product knowledge. We feel it's important to support local businesses and Lenkersdorfer makes that easy. It's not only a friendly shopping experience, but also their product selection is the best in the area. Whether for a designer watch or jewelry, they have a solid inventory of the both the classics and newest designs. Thank you Lenkersdorfer for providing such a lovely place to shop. We look forward to our next visit.

Walked in this store and I guess I didn’t look the part... not one person greeted me or offered to help. One guy was standing in front of me and walked away. Then he greeted a guy who came in behind me. I found a watch for my husband at another store. I suggest others do the same.

I visited this branch Looking for a rolex BLNR or gmt batman for those not familiar. I had a NEW rootbeer 1985 Gmt to trade, I know for a fact that its an authentic piece. Upon showing it to the staff there, including their experienced pro person, they told me its a knockoff. I actually traded it in elsewhere for a substantial $$. I would NEVER purchase a piece from people who cant even tell what quality is! Such a sad situation. Buyer beware.

I’ve been shopping here for 12 years and have been very happy with the service they provide, and with how friendly the staff has been anytime I’ve gone in for a visit. Dave Williams has assisted me with many watch purchases over the years and he is the ultimate professional! I have stopped in several times to have a battery replaced, or to make an adjustment to a wristband, and Dave always drops what he is doing to help me. I won’t shop with anyone else.
