I have enjoyed working for Favorite for several years.  I have developed greatly as a nurse from the variety of opportunities through this agency.   Favorite is my favorite because they are like family to me.

Even 1 Full Star is to much.  I've never worked such a Short Term with an employer until I got to Favorite! Their scheduling Staff are RUDE and very unprofessional! Regardless of where you sign up for a shift they will place you wherever they need you to go and where they will accrue the most Revenue.  They will Staff you at Facilities/Shifts that you do not Agree with and then attempt to hold YOU accountable because it's placed in your online manager. Keep in mind these Facilities currently have "J" and "F" tags!!??  I now understand why they are limited to The Facilities they offer! Yes! I gladly Self Terminated. You can not depend on Management and I've worked to hard for my License to get it thrown away due to Dysfunction.
