I have only been with Maxim for 2 weeks and LOVE it. They have been very supportive in training me to be able to work with patients on vents and trachs. I just finished an assignment with a baby and felt very comfortable taking care of her during my 12 hour shift. If you can get through all of their required computer classes and pass the tests , you will be on your way to a rewarding and we'll compensated future. Cons: haven't found any yet.

This is Best In Home Care. I've been a nurse since 1995, and this is one of the BEST companies I've worked for By Far. The office staff not only cares about their clients and families, but they care for and take care of us Nurses. Love It Your kiddos get trained dedicated Nurses at a time when parents need it the most.

Worst company ever! They are not sending people out to help with my handicapped brother. He is supposed to have 7 days a week and we are lucky if anyone ever comes out. Looking for care don't come here. They will leave you with no care!

Worked for this company for 8 months and loved it! Patient lost insurance, and had to find a new job. Currently trying to get back into it again. :)
